Anticipation

Another gaze out the window
Neither sight nor sound,
Thrumming my wine glass calms,
Imagination intoxicates as
Candles flicker silently,
Incense sweetly fills the air
Playing with my senses
Arousing my inner needs,
Tension builds while
Inclinations intensify,
Overwhelmingly wanting,
Nervously watching
